But when He says it, I get all tingly inside. My eyes drop as a sign of my submission. And I whisper, ‘Thank you, Sir.’ Especially when the adjectives…My good little…were in front of it.
Coming from the mouth of the right man, that word can be as sweet as darlin’, sweetheart, baby or my personal favorite…pet. When you know that it means…Sex…Love…Understanding…Trust to Him too, then it no longer has the sting of societal misuse.
Even this word…coming from His mouth is not the insult that it could be. But yeah, not even my friends better try this one.
